My most beautiful place in Nordhausen is when I see the town exit sign

Nordhausen. Winfried Schmitt, our original from Nordhausen, thinks about anarchy in the city center, loud bleating in the old town and Roland in his underpants.

My God, the results of our elections are now throwing up even more dust than we would have tried to cover without a Flokati. In life, things can happen to all of us and we can learn from them. That's what I call logical thinking. I'm not going to step on the politicians' toes here, even though this profession has very few successes when it comes to their attempts to think.

Others say that the strange behavior before and after the elections cannot be explained. I just point to others and always make sure that I cannot see any content. And what does that look like? I do Twitter like that!

I think it could have been worse. I imagine the AfD would have had a different leadership than friendly Zietgenossen and Höcker relatives. Cheers Mohlziet! I can't think of anything, oh who has to listen to me.

That also applies to our city council. Does it seem strange to anyone that people have chosen such a composition and that it has to act for the city? It can't be that a blow would immediately disappear because it comes from the right side. I mean the police station in the inner city. Those around who don't live there would immediately start blaring.

Old town: noisy building and truck traffic

I was lucky enough to attend the Roland festival program last year. I have the bad luck of living in the city center and would never have thought that I would say something like that, but my most beautiful place in Nordhausen is when I see the exit sign! In the city center, it's anarchy at night. Loud noises and truck traffic arise at night, so they have a sound all their own. Since the road traffic is going to break new ground, it's as if they're embracing the A38, and because they haven't done that yet, there are still “posers” blazing their exhausts through the 20 km/h zone.
