Pixel Update: Many new products are coming, extended updates, new superzoom and much more

The first Pixel week in September has passed and once again brought us many interesting insights and new information. We were able to report on the Pixel roadmap for 2025, longer updates, the Pixel Superzoom and two vulnerabilities. As usual, we look back at the last seven days with the Pixel products and summarize everything important in our weekly Pixel update into a quick overview.

The last seven days have been very interesting again with regard to the Pixel smartphones and the expanded Pixel portfolio, because we were able to provide you with a lot of information about the new products, report on some disappointments, but also on progress. There was a lot going on in the Pixel world again, which we naturally want to summarize quickly and clearly again this week. These Pixel smartphones are coming in 2025
Google will also be launching a whole range of Pixel smartphones in 2025. A roadmap shows us which devices to expect. The portfolio is expected to grow again in several directions.

Pixel 9a with slimmed down Tensor

Pixel 9 smartphones can no longer be charged in parallel
Annoying: The Pixel 9 smartphones are no longer able to charge the accessories wirelessly, so they have to be charged with a cable for a long time. This was probably one of the most commonly used methods before, but is no longer possible with the ninth Pixel generation.
