Starlings steal the show from other competition pictures

Nature photographer Lutz Klapp from Ziegenhain is delighted to have received another prestigious award. He took part in the Natural Treasures of Europe 2024 competition.

Treysa. Last year he won first place at the Alexander König Society with his photo “Conversation of the Starlings”, and now the picture has also convinced the jury in the “Natural Treasures of Europe 2024” competition, one of the most prestigious photography competitions in Europe.

Here, the Ziegenhain resident took second place. 2,900 pictures were submitted and there was prize money of 1,000 euros.
