Man stabbed multiple times in North Side apartment, police say

SAN ANTONIO – A man is hospitalized in critical condition after being stabbed multiple times in a North Side apartment late Thursday night, San Antonio police said.

The stabbing occurred around 11 p.m. at the Solara Apartments in 11700 Parliament Building, off Blanco Road.

According to police, a 40-year-old man was occupying a vacant apartment when another man and woman broke in and stabbed the man several times in the back and neck.

The victim managed to get to another apartment, get help and was taken to a nearby hospital.

There is no information about arrests so far, but police say they are searching homeless camps for the suspects.

Both the San Antonio Police Department, the San Antonio Fire Department and the San Antonio Emergency Services responded to the emergency call.

The investigation is ongoing, police said.
