Appeal filed after sexual abuse of teenager on a Belfast bus

Following the attack on a teenager on a bus in Belfast, the police have launched an appeal.

The girl was travelling by bus between Belfast and Dunmurry on Friday 30 August at around 7.40pm.

A PSNI spokesman said they wanted to speak to a man described as having short hair and a beard and wearing a dark tracksuit and light-coloured shoes.

The spokesperson continued: “Anyone who sees anything suspicious should call police on 101 quoting reference number 711 of 01/09/24. You can report online here: www.psni.police.uk/report.”
