Shots fired at parked cars in Vankleek Hill area: OPP seeks information

No injuries were reported following the shooting in the Vankleek Hill area.

On Thursday, September 5, at approximately 1:30 a.m., officers responded to a home on Highway 34 near Main Street West after receiving reports of multiple shots being fired at parked vehicles.

According to police, the person or persons involved fled in a black or dark-colored vehicle heading west on County Road 10.

Investigators believe this was a targeted incident and there is no immediate threat to public safety.
