Southtown Pourhouse stabbing case resumed

FARGO, ND (Valley News Live) – The trial of a man accused of a fatal stabbing outside a popular south Fargo bar has been adjourned for a second time.

28-year-old Michael Diedrich is accused of the murder of 22-year-old Ethan Larson.

Officers found Larson stabbed to death in the parking lot of Southtown Pourhouse on March 28. According to court documents, the two had argued inside before going outside, where the alleged stabbing occurred.

Diedrich fled the scene and was arrested later that day.

He pleaded not guilty and the case was adjourned back in June. Today, September 5, the case was adjourned again and he is due back in court on November 21 at 3:00 p.m.
