Assembly elections in Haryana: Haryana Cabinet Minister Chaudhary Ranjit Singh Chautala resigned from his post as Cabinet Minister. Ranjit Singh Chautala was angry with the BJP for not giving him election posters for the Rania Assembly.

In a statement, Chautala said, “I will contest the Rania Assembly election at any cost. The BJP had offered me to contest the Dabwali election, but I declined. I will show my strength through a roadshow. I may contest for another party or as an independent candidate, but I will definitely contest.”
