Roger Clark wants to play Arthur Morgan in a Red Dead Redemption 2 series

There are few more memorable performances in video games than Roger Clark's as Arthur Morgan. The Irish native perfectly captured Morgan's outlaw spirit and gave us a character we won't forget for a long time, whether he was a good or bad guy in your playthrough.

When Clark was asked in a recent interview with Gamology if he would be willing to play Arthur Morgan in a television adaptation of the game, he said his opinion on the matter was somewhat mixed.

“What I don't like is that the original cast isn't even acknowledged or considered.” he said, criticizing modern video game adaptations. “We see Troy and Ashley in [The Last of Us] TV series, I thought that was brilliant – but so often the original cast isn't considered or doesn't even get auditions.”

Apparently this is because “the misconception that it is speech output. If [movie and TV producers] If we better understand how physically these video game actors put themselves into their roles, I think that could change the way they think about it.”

Clark believes he may be getting a little too old to play Arthur in a real role, but he thinks Danny DeVito would be the perfect replacement for him. A surprise, but a welcome one.
