Kareena shared that she loved the role a lot, especially because it was her first time portraying a detective, a genre she is passionate about. She admitted that the role was challenging due to the character's intense grief, which made her uncomfortable, but she also found joy in the experience. Kareena described the role as career-defining and one of the best characters she has ever played. She even mentioned that she had requested the director to extend the role to four parts because she did not want to part ways with the character.
