Coronation Street's Adam Barlow distracted fans as they tuned in to the latest episode of the ITV soap, with the Weatherfield lawyer showing off his “fit” new look

Coronation Street's Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson) left fans swooning during his latest visit to Weatherfield. The lawyer showed himself in a different light on Monday's (September 2) episode of the ITV soap as he spoke to Dee-Dee Bailey Bailey (Channique Sterling-Brown) about taking a step back from her role following her recent drama with ex Joel Deering (Calum Lill). He told Dee-Dee: “I've been to the Solicitors' Regulatory Authority and I told them you're being completely honest.” Dee-Dee replied: “Thank you. But?” Adam continued: “Now the police are investigating. Where there's smoke there's fire and all that.”

Dee-Dee pointed out, “Except that Joel set the fire.” Adam agreed, “No doubt, but it's bad for business.” She asked, “You mean I'm bad for business? If you want to get rid of me, Adam…” He interrupted, “Don't be silly. As if. I just think maybe you should step back for a while.” Dee-Dee wondered, “So like working from home? Less physical?” Adam said, “I mean step aside, walk away. Just until things calm down.”

An angry Dee-Dee raised her voice and said, “Successful? You're a lawyer, Adam. Stop beating around the bush.” ​​An apologetic Adam continued, “I'm sorry, I don't think you're fully focused right now. This is part of your duty of care. I can keep things running smoothly and you'll get your full salary.”

As she stood to leave the office, Dee-Dee said to Adam, “I guess that makes sense. You realize that's what Joel wanted.” Adam was later seen reassuring Dee-Dee with a hug.

However, fans were more interested in Adam's latest appearance change and shared their verdict on social media. Elsewhere, fans claim that Adam and fellow lawyer Dee-Dee would make the perfect couple. Dee-Dee recently split from Joel after learning the tragic truth about his relationship with Lauren Bolton (Cait Fitton).
