Man stabbed to death in Colorado Springs apartment complex

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado (KKTV) – Colorado Springs Police confirmed a stabbing incident at the Hills Apartments in the 2500 block E Cache La Poudre St in Colorado Springs around 2:10 p.m. Monday.

CSPD said they found a 28-year-old man who had been stabbed with an eight-inch knife. He was taken to the hospital. The victim is in stable condition.

Police said a fight broke out following an argument between a small group of people. 60-year-old Charles Olmos grabbed a large kitchen knife and stabbed the victim.

Police said they had made contact with the suspect and taken him into custody.
