Child among those injured after car shot in Muskegon

MUSKEGON, Michigan – An investigation has been launched after shots were fired in Muskegon on Monday.

According to the Muskegon Police Department (MPD), the incident occurred before 3 p.m. near Laketon Avenue and Elwood Street.

We were told that a vehicle was hit by gunfire.

According to police, there were people in the car at the time, including a child. They were all treated for minor injuries caused by broken glass.
