Child killed in accident in Manchester, policewoman seriously injured | RJR News

Radio Jamaica News has been informed that a child is dead and his mother, a member of the Jamaica Constabulary Force, is in serious condition following a car accident in Christiana, Manchester this morning.

According to reports, Police Officer Cobrina Crawford was taking her son to school when another driver overtook another road user and collided with her vehicle.

The incident occurred in the parish of Sedburgh.

The Jamaica Police Federation has launched an urgent appeal for blood donations for the policewoman at the Christiana Police Station.

She is admitted to Percy Junior Hospital.
