Man injured in stabbing on Allen Street

Rochester, NY – A man was injured in a stabbing on the city’s west side early Saturday morning.

At approximately 1:30 a.m., officers responded to a report that a stab wound victim had come to Highland Hospital without an appointment.

Once there, officers found a 37-year-old man who had been stabbed in the upper body and had been dropped off in a private vehicle. Officers determined that the incident occurred in the area of ​​Allen Street and West Broad Street.

The man's injuries are not considered life-threatening. There are no suspects in custody. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or Crime Stoppers at 585-423-9300.
