Tragic explosion in fireworks factory claims lives

In a tragic incident, two workers were killed and three others, including a woman, were injured in an explosion in the warehouse of a fireworks factory near Nazareth on Saturday evening, according to police reports.

The sudden explosion occurred when labourers were handling firecrackers. Police have identified the dead as Kannan and Vijay, while the injured have been shifted to Tirunelveli Government Medical College Hospital for necessary medical treatment.

The entire structure of the warehouse was completely destroyed by the accidental explosion, officials said.
