Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – August 30, 2024) – Nickel 28 Capital Corp. (TSXV: NKL) (FSE: 3JC0) (“Nickels 28” or the “Pursue“) today announced the results of its Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders held on August 29, 2024 (the “Meet“). At the Meeting, each of the Company's nominees was duly elected as a director of Nickel 28. In addition, the Company's shareholders approved the reappointment of Baker Tilly WM LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, as the Company's auditors for the coming year and authorized the Board of Directors to determine their compensation.
