2 men killed overnight at Circle K in downtown Phoenix

PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Two men were killed in downtown Phoenix overnight, and police are still investigating what happened.

Phoenix police officers responded to the scene of a shooting at a Circle K gas station near 18th Avenue and Van Buren Street just before 1 a.m. Friday.

When emergency personnel arrived on the scene, they found two men who were pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities are still working to gather information about the circumstances surrounding the shooting. The names of the two men have not yet been released.
