ROCHESTER, NY – A New York State Police chase that began overnight on Hylan Drive in Henrietta ended in town where the driver abandoned the car.

The pursuit began when officers attempted to pull over a Chevy, which failed to stop. The pursuit continued down several streets before the car was abandoned on Monroe Avenue.

News10NBC's photojournalist saw police blocking Monroe Avenue near Oxford Street after the chase ended. State police have not announced any arrests.
