More victims likely after Gladstone man allegedly exposed himself in park

KANSAS CITY, Missouri (KCTV) – A Gladstone man is facing charges after allegedly exposing himself to a woman walking in a popular park.

Officers arrested 22-year-old Hector G. Ramirez. He is charged with first-degree sexual misconduct.

Sometime during the weekend of August 24-25, police responded to Hobby Hill Park. Gladstone police said they responded to multiple reports regarding the same person.

Investigators believe there are other victims and witnesses with similar interactions involving Ramirez.
