Alabama confirms candidates who will appear on the ballot for the 2024 general election

MONTGOMERY, Alabama (WSFA) – The candidates who will appear on Alabama’s ballot in the upcoming 2024 general election have now been confirmed, according to Secretary of State Wes Allen’s office.

Allen's office confirms There are five candidates on the ballot in the presidential raceThese include Democrat Kamala Harris, Republican Donald Trump and independent candidates Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Jill Stein and Chase Oliver.

Kennedy recently suspended his presidential campaign and supported Trump's candidacy, even though he made no attempt to withdraw from the ballot in most states.

Certification documents for all races that appear on voters’ ballots are available in the General Elections section of the Alabama Secretary of State website.

Voters will go to the polls on November 5, 2024.
