1 dead after car crushed under semi-trailer in Phoenix

PHOENIX – An accident involving several vehicles on Wednesday afternoon in Phoenix one person died.

The accident occurred on August 28 near 12th Street and Indian School Road.

According to the Phoenix Fire Department, emergency crews arrived at the scene shortly before 1 p.m. and found one person dead. The victim has not been identified.

FOX 10 cameras on the scene showed a vehicle crushed under a semi-trailer.

“Preliminary information suggests that the victim was traveling by car when it collided with a large truck,” Phoenix said police said.

Roads in the area are closed due to the investigation.
