“Who killed Diana?” New documentary examines the tragic death of the People’s Princess

Saturday, August 31st marks the anniversary of the tragic death of Princess Diana in a car accident in Paris.

A new documentary film entitled Who killed Diana? – will address the events surrounding the death of the People’s Princess 27 years ago.

Accordingly DeadlineThe documentary features rare, and in some cases first-ever, interviews with several key sources connected to the accident that led to Diana's death.

EverWonder Studio and film producer Emma Cooper's Express Film Company have teamed up for a gripping three-part series. Express Film, the company behind the Netflix documentaries Depp vs. Heard And The secret of Marilyn Monroebrings his expertise to this new project.

Bafta-nominated Cooper will direct and executive produce the documentary.

Deadline further reports that the documentary will be part of a larger series dedicated to investigating the shocking deaths of iconic figures. The goal of this series is to uncover new information about the circumstances that led to their deaths, while also exploring the human stories and historical context underlying these cases.

“Exploring legendary women through investigative journalism documentaries is a passion of mine,” Cooper said.

Just like with The Mystery of Marilyn Monroe, we took a story the world thought it knew and brought hidden truths to light. I am committed to tackling the story of this beloved and iconic woman with fresh perspectives, new voices and previously untold information.
