Megyn Kelly launches astonishing, vulgar attack on CNN's Kaitlan Collins

Megan Kelly launched a shockingly vulgar attack on CNN journalist Kaitlan Collins.

During an episode of The Megan Kelly Show on Tuesday night, the commentator didn't hold back when talking about Collins with radio producer Stu Burguiere and podcaster Stephen L. Miller.

Although Kelly, a former Fox News and NBC host, believes Collins is “biased,” she said the host's “biggest sin” is that she is “extremely boring and devoid of personality.”

“I have a pro tip for them: Smile. Try to smile. Try not to act like a cold-hearted bitch all the time, because that doesn't connect people,” Kelly said.

The trio subsequently criticized Collins' appearance on Friday at Bill Maher's late night show, where the presenter talks about the left-wing network’s “ravings” about the Vice President Kamala Harris at the Democratic Party Convention.

“I'm sorry, but she's only a star on the left,” Kelly said of Collins, also referring to the anchor's “Alabama roots,” which she had discussed with Maher.

“I'm from Alabama. I'm from a very red state. I have a very conservative family. A lot of them are Trump voters,” Collins said Friday.

“They watch my show every night and I think they know they can trust me to, you know, call out bullshit on every side, not just the bias of our audience, and I think that's something that people actually want more of.”

Kelly strongly disagreed with Collins, saying her statement merely showed viewers that “Donald Trump is evil.”

“What’s happening here is that Donald Trump is evil – that’s what you really need to know,” Kelly said.

The trio criticized Collins' appearance on Bill Maher's late-night show on Friday, where the host attacked her for the left-wing network's “exaggerations” about Vice President Kamala Harris at the Democratic National Convention.

“And she actually suggested there that CNN is fair in its reporting and that CNN can be trusted. You made that claim about her earlier.”

Kelly then presented a compilation of CNN's coverage of Collins and her colleagues.

“But CNN is just fair, folks, just fair,” Kelly said sarcastically to Burguiere and Miller.

Miller pointed out that Collins had an embarrassing situation on a recent episode of Stephen Colbert's show when his audience laughed after he called the network “objective.”

The podcaster said that while Collins claimed the network was “talking to lawmakers from both sides,” she did not address “how they treat people from both sides differently.”

“How she's belligerent with Ted Cruz, or you know, how she stops an interview if someone says something about COVID or something like that.

“She has turned away from Republicans, but never from a Democrat,” Miller added.

Kelly chimed in again, saying that “people are sick of this shit” and “can't stand being fed this nonsense by this mainstream media.”

The host then took the opportunity to point out something to be proud of: The Megyn Kelly Show recently reached over one billion views on YouTube.

She further mentioned that her show had “beaten” other media outlets such as CBS News and NBC News, among others.

'Even [beating] CNN has a very large and successful YouTube feed,” Kelly said.

In June, Kelly called CNN anchor Kasie Hunt “weak” after she suffered a nervous breakdown over claims that the moderators of the network's upcoming presidential debate might be “biased.”

The former Fox News host attacked Hunt on her show, saying she had “embarrassed the world of women” with her public outcry.

“She embarrassed female journalists, and she embarrassed CNN,” Kelly said. “Her shyness was palpable, she was shaking.”

Kelly's comments came days after Trump campaign spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt was unceremoniously kicked off Hunt's show when she claimed moderators Jake Tapper and Dana Bash were not treating Trump “fairly” during a debate.

The CNN anchor took offense at Leavitt's mention of previous cases in which Tapper and Bash had appeared to take sides against Trump in their reporting.

When Leavitt made her remarks, she was cut off from speaking, and she later noted that the incident “only proves our view that President Trump is not being treated fairly in Thursday's debate.”

“The fact that CNN cut my microphone for bringing up a debate moderator's history of lying against Trump only proves our point that President Trump will not be treated fairly in Thursday's debate,” she said at the time.

“Yet President Trump is still willing to go into this 3-1 fight to deliver his winning message to the American people, and he will win.”
