When around snakes, you have to be extra careful and watch their movements. This applies even to experts and researchers who deal with snakes of all kinds almost every day. Otherwise, they can be attacked when they least expect it. This is also the case of Jay Brewer, a reptile expert. Recently, Brewer published a video in which he shows how he was almost attacked by a huge snake.

The video begins with Brewer in a room with a snake in a box-like compartment. While talking about it and holding a stick in front of the huge reptile, he averts his gaze from his for a second. The next moment, the snake jumps towards his face and tries to attack him. Brewer is surprised by the incident but manages to escape without any injuries. Sharing the video, he wrote in the caption, “This big girl attacked me as soon as I looked away. Snakes are not only sneaky. They are also very smart.”
