According to a press release from the city of Sparks, Jan Orcutt was found safe and sound at home.

The search for his car was called off.

NDOT has issued a Silver Alert for Jan Orcutt.

Drivers are asked to be on the lookout for Orcutt's vehicle, a gray 2016 Jeep Cherokee with a Nevada handicapped license plate – PHF8058.

Sparks Police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing, endangered person.

Jan Orcutt left his residence today in his vehicle with no known destination. Orcutt requires medication that he did not bring with him. Orcutt may be confused and may have difficulty speaking.

Jan Orcutt is described as an adult white male, 76 years old, 6 feet tall and weighing 220 pounds.

Orcutt’s vehicle is a gray 2016 Jeep Cherokee with a Nevada handicapped license plate – PHF8058.
