“Real Housewives of Orange County” star Tamra Judge responds to fans’ calls for her firing.

On the Aug. 27 episode of her podcast “Two Ts In A Pod,” which is co-hosted by former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” host Teddi Mellencamp, Judge admitted that some RHOC fans are unhappy with her behavior during the show's 18th season. Judge also noted that she returned to the series during the show's 17th season after a two-year hiatus.

“I [got] fired. And people wanted me fired. And then everyone was outraged. “Bring her back.” And then they brought me back. And then they said, “Oh my God, she's so mean. Fire her!” Judge said.

She explained that she doesn't consider herself a “villain,” but rather a “fortune teller.” Judge also noted that some viewers may not like her style.

“I'll tell you the truth. Maybe my way of communicating things isn't as sweet as a bed of roses. But that's the way I am. That's the way I'm wired,” Judge said.

Judge also said she didn't expect fans to be upset about her behavior in season 18 of RHOC.

“I went into the whole season thinking about being a good friend. I don't enable anyone. And look what happened,” Judge said.

Tamra Judge talked about her relationship with Shannon Beador

While recording the August 27 podcast episode “Two Ts in a Pod,” Judge mentioned her issues with fellow cast member Shannon Beador. Throughout RHOC season 18, Judge criticized Beador's decision to continue drinking alcohol following her September 2023 drunk driving arrest.

According to Judge, several people have “contacted [her]“ about being on the other side of someone who is addicted.”

“They said, 'You know, I understand your frustration. And it's very hard for someone who hasn't been through it to understand,'” Judge said in her podcast episode.

She also said that she had “sympathy” for Beador. However, she stated that she had “no real sympathy” because she believes Beador has been “doing the same thing over and over again for 10 years.”

Judge also spoke about her issues with Beador in an interview with Extra TV in July 2024. She said she broke up with Beador after she decided to continue using alcohol. However, Judge stated that she hoped she could be friends with Beador again.

“I hope so. It's going to be really ugly for us this year. It's going to be really bad,” Judge told Extra TV.

Shannon Beador is unhappy with Tamra Judge

Beador stated in an interview with Us Weekly in July 2024 that she had no interest in repairing her friendship with Judge.

“I can look back now and see that pretty much every season I was on with Tamra, there was always an issue between her and me,” Beador said during the interview with Us Weekly. “Either I did something. Or I didn't do something. And it's okay, then we don't have to be friends. She says she walks on eggshells around me. I'm sorry you feel that way. But I walked on eggshells around her.”

In addition, she stated that she did not believe the judge was seriously concerned about her alcohol consumption.

Beador also shared in an August 2024 interview with Entertainment Tonight that she had a problem with Judge calling her an alcoholic during season 18 of RHOC.

“To say something like that is damaging to one's character. And it goes too far,” Beador told the publication.

Beador also said that she initially abstained from alcohol while receiving mental health treatment in an outpatient program following her drunk driving conviction. She also stated that she does not believe she has a drinking problem.

“During my divorce and during this time with [my ex-boyfriend John Janssen]”I was miserable and drinking alcohol to cope. But that wasn't the case before. So I'm not going to let Tamra Judge tell me what to do,” Beador said in an interview with Entertainment Tonight.

New episodes of RHOC air Thursdays on Bravo.
