Another poll shows close race between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump in Florida

Democrats continue to claim that Florida is in play, and a new poll suggests they may be right.

The Public policy surveys State poll conducted on August 21 and 22 for the PAC for Clean and Prosperous Energyshows only 4 points difference Donald Trump And Kamala Harris in the state.

Trump leads overall by 51% to 47% in a two-person race, with 2% unsure who they support in that scenario. In an extended poll, Trump was ahead by 48% to 45%, with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. at 2%, Jill Stone And Cornel West 1% and 3% respectively are not sure.

Trump is only slightly ahead, although he has achieved what neither Harris nor President Joe Biden has: to be above water in terms of popularity.

The former president, who has already won the state twice, has 49% approval versus 48% disapproval.

Harris, meanwhile, is at 46% approval versus 52% disapproval.

President Biden, on the other hand, receives only 41% approval and 54% disapproval.

The error rate is given as 3.4 percentage points.

This is just the latest survey to show that Florida is competitive in the presidential election campaign, but at least for the moment still tends towards the Republicans.

An August survey by PolCom Lab at Florida Atlantic University shows that Trump is ahead by 50% to 47%.

Another August survey by Associated Industries of Florida (AIF) showed that Trump was ahead in a head-to-head race with Harris by 53% to 46%.

In the meantime, another public survey The recently released poll splits the difference between the two surveys.

The USA Today/Suffolk University/WSVN-TV A telephone poll of 500 likely voters conducted between August 7 and 11 shows Trump leading Harris, 47% to 42%, with 5% supporting Kennedy and 5% undecided.

The Really clear policy The poll average shows Trump leading by 6.3 percentage points, but that figure is skewed by a July poll that put Trump 10 percentage points ahead of Harris at 49 percent, while the unestablished candidate got 39 percent.

Trump is even buying television ads in Florida, although it's unclear how that will help him since spending is very local. His campaign is spending $48,000 on cable ads in West Palm Beach that will run through September 2.
