RHOC's Vicki Gunvalson reports memory loss after 'fatal' health scare

Vicki Gunvalson is lucky to be alive after a recent health shock.

The Real Housewives of Orange County The star revealed that she suffered stroke-like symptoms while working at Coto Insurance in Southern California last week.

“A customer came to me and said I was speaking gibberish,” Vicki said in the August 26 episode of her podcast. My friend, my soulmate, my podcast“and I wrote an email and the email didn't make sense.”

The reality star didn’t even notice that she was acting strange until her boyfriend Michael Smith's daughter Olivia suggested that she may have had a stroke.

“I don't remember anything,” the 62-year-old added, “and she took me to the hospital.”

Vicki said she was diagnosed with a sinus infection and went home, where Michael later found her apparently unconscious.

“One of the scariest things for me was when I came in and Vicki, for some reason, decided she wanted to take a bath,” said Michael, who joined Vicki as a co-host. Christian Gray Snow on the podcast. “So she's in the bathtub with water and I go in and she's basically unconscious. So I grabbed her, it was scary, and I grabbed her, pulled her out of the water and put her in bed.”
