126 cases of child pornography offenses against Havertown man

HAVERTOWN, PA — A Havertown man was recently charged with dozens of crimes related to child pornography, court records show.

Robert Hirsh, 39, was charged with 42 counts each of child pornography, distribution of sexual acts with children and criminal use of a communications facility.

Hirsh was released after posting 10 percent of a $75,000 bail and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for September 12.

According to the Delaware County Daily Times, Hirsh is accused of uploading 32 files containing suspected child pornography to the Internet via the messaging platform Kik.

According to the source, the videos show children ages infants to nine being sexually abused.
