Robert Griffin III continues to show his love to the Noles via social media

Florida State's football team lost its season opener to Georgia Tech 24-21 in Dublin, Ireland. This is quite disappointing considering the Seminoles were coming off an undefeated regular season and a conference title.

Fans thought the Seminoles would have success this season, but they knew there were several new additions to the roster. It looks like the new faces haven't quite settled in yet.

That makes sense considering Florida State has to replace players like Jordan Travis, Trey Benson, Johnny Wilson, Keon Coleman, Jaheim Bell, Jared Verse, Braden Fiske, Kalen DeLoach, Tatum Bethune, Renardo Green, Jarrian Jones and Akeem Dent from last year's roster.

It doesn't get any easier when individual ESPN players like Paul Finebaum and Greg McElroy take swipes at Florida State at every opportunity.

The loss only makes those haters speak louder. Head coach Mike Norvell and his staff do a good job of navigating through the outside noise of individual players. One person who has always had the Seminoles' back is former Baylor quarterback Robert Griffin III.

Griffin III recently released a statement about Florida State on social media, which you can find here.

As he explained in the tweet, Florida State's mission doesn't change. They still have an invincible spirit that can't be matched. Although the loss to Georgia Tech was frustrating, the Seminoles still have their goals in sight as they are leading the standings and can still compete for the ACC championship.

Robert Griffin III was recently fired by ESPN, a decision that came two days after he posted on Twitter (X) that the Seminoles deserved to be in the College Football Playoff in 2023.

Griffin III hasn't stopped believing in the Seminoles, so why should other fans? Let's get loud and show up at Doak Campbell Stadium on Labor Day night to support the team! The team needs the love and support now more than ever.
