Beloit Police are asking for help in identifying the suspect

BELOIT, Wis. (WMTV) – Beloit Police are asking the public for help in identifying a suspect.

According to the agency's Facebook page, the suspect is wanted for burglary, property damage and escape.

On August 20, police say the suspect entered a school no longer used by the district and allegedly caused damage there, then allegedly fled from officers on a dirt bike in the Merideth and Fairview area.

Anyone with information is asked to call 757-2244 or submit a P3 tip.

Authorities said police are working with the school district on the case.
