Road accidents are on the rise and statistics show a worrying increase. Reckless driving, inadequate infrastructure facilities and a huge number of cars on the roads are leading to this alarming trend.
A girl who was travelling on a scooter narrowly escaped a serious accident when she hit the pillar of a elevated overpass near Noida Sector-25 after he was hit by a car on Saturday, September 21, police said.
Videos available on social media showed two men trying to free her from the pillar. A large crowd had gathered at the scene of the accident.
