Accident in Vogtland: Two injured in turning crash

Lengenfeld- Two women were injured in a collision between two cars on the B94 near Lengenfeld (Vogtland) were injured.

According to the police, a 75-year-old Opel driver wanted to turn left onto the A72 motorway exit on Sunday afternoon at around 4.10 p.m.

She failed to see an oncoming Skoda. The 21-year-old driver tried to brake or swerve, but was unable to prevent the collision.

The 75-year-old and her 65-year-old passenger suffered injuries and were taken to hospitals for further treatment. According to police, the damage to property amounts to around 8,000 euros.
