Newlyweds Olivia Munn and John Mulaney just received a visit from a stork.

The couple announced the birth of their second child, a daughter, in two Instagram posts on Sunday. The baby, named Méi June, was born on September 14 via surrogate.

“I had so many deep emotions about not being able to carry my daughter,” Munn wrote alongside a photo of herself and Mulaney with Méi. “When I first met our surrogate, we spoke mother to mother. She showed me so much grace and understanding that I knew I had found a true angel.”

“Words cannot express my gratitude for protecting our baby for nine months and making our dreams come true.”

Munn spoke openly about her health struggles over the past few months, detailing her horrific battle with breast cancer, which included a bilateral mastectomy and a hysterectomy.

The star of “The Newsroom” also congratulated her little daughter on her sweet daughter: “I am so proud of my little plum, my little dragon, for making the journey to be with us. My heart exploded,” she concluded the post.

Mulaney expressed his excitement in a similar way in a post of his own, writing, “I love my little girl so much.”

Olivia Munn talks about expanding her family through surrogacy after cancer diagnosis

In an interview with Vogue in May, Munn spoke openly about starting a family with Mulaney through surrogacy after her breast cancer diagnosis.

“When you're pregnant with your own baby, it's like teamwork — you and the baby are working together to make their little life happen,” Munn told the magazine at the time. “You go through all this effort to eat well, try not to be anxious, and just do everything right during pregnancy.”

“With a surrogate, you have to try to find a version of yourself somewhere in the world. Someone you trust as much as you trust yourself, that they will live their life as a pregnant woman just as you would.”

The 44-year-old actress had her eggs frozen for a third time at the age of 42.

“This journey has made me realize how grateful I am to have the opportunity to not only fight cancer, but also to have more children if we want to, because I know many people don't have those opportunities,” Munn said.
