Driver dies in crash on ramp to I-91 near Bradley International Airport

WINDSOR, CT (WFSB) – A car crash Sunday morning resulted in the death of a driver on Interstate 91 near Bradley International Airport.

The incident occurred while a 2021 Honda CR-V was traveling north on Exit 40.

For reasons still under investigation, the vehicle turned left, crossed the shoulder and drove into the grassy area next to the road at around 2:38 a.m.

The driver, 37-year-old Daniel Adam Jeannotte from Enfield, suffered life-threatening injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Due to significant damage, the Honda was towed away.

Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances of the accident.
