The fourth season of Fritz Meinecke's survival format 7 vs. Wild starts in October. While we normal people wait a little longer for the new season, the stars of 7 vs. Wild meet at Joey Kelly's for a watch party. Only one participant was surprisingly absent. Is there beef between the candidates?

At the start of 7 vs. Wild Season 4: Participants meet for a watch party but one is missing

What's up? The new season of the survival format 7 vs. Wild starts in October. Seven new influencers and survivalists have to survive in the wilderness of New Zealand and compete not only with the other candidates, but also with Mother Nature. To celebrate the start of the fourth season, the participants of this and previous seasons are all meeting at fellow candidate Joey Kelly's house for a watch party. He invites all of his colleagues to the pre-premiere in an Instagram story. Only one person was missing from the announcement.

Fans speculate on Reddit: Stefan Hinkelmann, known on YouTube as Survival Germany, was not tagged in Kelly's Instagram story and therefore did not come to the watch party. This is now causing speculation among fans. They expressed their speculations in a Reddit post in the show's fan forum. Joe Vogel, another participant, and Stefan do not seem to be on good terms:

The fact that Joe Vogel and Stefan are no longer on good terms has become more than clear on both sides in recent weeks. Perhaps of significance is Joe Vogel's accusation that Stefan published something that Joe Vogel said off camera/in public before or after the suspension.

Stefan Hinkelmann reacts to his disinvitation from the 7 vs. Wild watch party

Stefan Hinkelmann answers in the Twitch stream: After a fan asked him in his Twitch stream why he was missing from the list and therefore from the party, Hinkelmann explained that it was clearly not a mistake. In his opinion, the other participants had deliberately disinvited him. The production crew had nothing to do with it, because it was a purely private event hosted by Joey Kelly. Accordingly, the production crew had the right to refuse entry:

The person deliberately left me out. I was unwanted, for whatever reason. On the other hand, the whole thing was organized by Joey Kelly, who of course has the right to use the property and is of course free to decide who is allowed into his house, right? All good. If that was the wish, for whatever reason, then that's just how it is.

Survival Germany does not know why he was disinvited: Stefan Hinkelmann does not know the reason for the disinvitation. When asked whether something had happened between him and Joey Kelly, he simply shrugged his shoulders: Actually, there was nothing. He only found out about the watch party from his viewers, who had asked him about it and his disinvitation.

7 vs. Wild candidate Joe Vogel: This is just a misunderstanding

This is what Joe Vogel says: Joey Kelly has not yet responded. However, Joe Vogel has made statements on the matter: He responded to a fan on Instagram. It was simply a misunderstanding. Joey Kelly simply forgot to tag Hinkelmann. In addition, no one was actually invited; the participants had to register themselves if they wanted to come to the party.

Of course he wasn't uninvited, but just had to register like all the other participants. Joey forgot to tag one story, probably because of the change from Hinkelmann/Waldmann Survival Germany – nothing more.

The relationship between Joe Vogel and Stefan Hinkelmann is strained

Conflict has been simmering for some time: It has been known for some time that Joe Vogel and Stefan Hinkelmann do not get along. Vogel has made negative comments about Hinkelmann several times, sometimes explicitly, sometimes not. In a longer Reddit statement, he goes into more detail. His relationship with Hinkelmann has been strained for some time. Vogel has blocked Stefan Hinkelmann for years due to too many calls at all hours of the day and night. Accordingly, he was no longer able to call him after Joey Kelly noticed the mistake.
