Tonight police are announcing the tragic murder of a foodie and the latest act of violence this week.

Police said the suspect passed by the restaurant around 3 p.m. They believe they got into an argument with the victim, who was then shot and later died of his injuries at the scene.

The suspect is not in custody as he fled the scene.
