Cleveland man's bail set at $500,000 for fatal stabbing

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Dean Bizga, 33, was arraigned Friday morning in Cleveland Municipal Court in connection with a fatal stabbing that occurred Wednesday, court records show.

According to court records, Bizga is charged with murder and is currently being held in the Cuyahoga County Jail on $500,000 bail.

According to a Cleveland Police report, officers responded to a man in the 10,000 block of Madison Avenue around 9:37 p.m. Wednesday who called to report that he had stabbed someone.

According to the report, first responders confirmed that the victim, 57-year-old William Guillem, was dead at the scene.

Police said Bizga was covered in blood and was immediately arrested.

The police also found a bloody pocket knife at the crime scene.

Bizga is due back in court on October 1 at 8:30 a.m.
