1 dead and 1 injured in shooting in Cincinnati

CINCINNATI (WXIX) – One man was dead and another was injured in a shooting in Winton Hills overnight, according to Cincinnati police.

Officers responded to Craft Street at the corner of Winneste Avenue around 1:15 a.m. Saturday.

They found 37-year-old Devon Trotter shot dead and a 20-year-old man shot in the leg.

The 20-year-old was taken by ambulance to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center with life-threatening injuries, police said.

While police continue their investigation, no suspects were arrested overnight.
