After days of desperate searching and many requests for information about his whereabouts, his family's worst fears came true.

Robinson's mother, Angeline Wambui, shared the heartbreaking development TUKO.co.ke.

In this way she expressed her pain and confusion over the death of her son.

Wambui was optimistic that her son was alive after reports emerged that the 11-year-old had been safely evacuated from the burning dormitory.

Wambui mentioned that a friend saw Robinson being led to the assembly point by the fire, where the students were given blankets to protect them from the cold.

From that moment on, however, he was never seen again.

Robinson's mother had pleaded with anyone with information to come forward, but her hopes were dashed when his death was confirmed.

This tragic development left Robinson's family in a state of shock, as they had hoped all along that the little boy would be found alive.

A total of 156 boys lived in the dormitory, all of them boarding school students.

Despite efforts to evacuate and rescue as many students as possible, 21 of them did not survive, including Robinson.
