BioHarvest Sciences announces that director continues to play key role after resigning from the board

Vancouver, British Columbia and Rehovot, Israel–(Newsfile Corp. – September 20, 2024) – BioHarvest Sciences Inc. (CSE: BHSC) (OTCQB: CNVCF) (“BioHarvest” or the “Company”) announces the resignation of David Ryan as a director of the Company. Mr. Ryan will remain a key member of the Company's management team and will continue to serve as the Company's Vice President of Investor Relations.

Mr. Ryan resigned from his position as a director of the Company in order to enable the Company to comply with Nasdaq's requirement to have a majority of independent directors in connection with its proposed application to list its common stock on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange.
