Filming for the sequel to “The Passion of the Christ” is reportedly set to begin in 2025

From the perspective of 20 years later, it can be difficult to understand how powerful Mel Gibson’s The Passion of Christ was in 2004. Neither Gibson nor star Jim Caviezel, who will return for the sequel, have expressed their ambitions The Passion of Christ 2 made.
