The family of late comedian/musician Umfundisi uNtshebe is asking Mzansi for help with his funeral.

Umfundisi uNtshebe's family asks for help

In the days following Umfundisi uNtshebe’s tragic death, his family is said to be struggling to raise funds for his funeral.

The late comedian and rapper, real name Philani Mandlenkosi Mabanga, sadly passed away in his sleep on Friday, September 13, 2024. He was apparently struggling to make ends meet and was unable to sign any contracts before his death.

Accordingly ZiMojaMabanga’s relatives are asking for help in organizing a dignified funeral, from the coffin to the catering:

“Any donation is welcome at this point; the family will appreciate the contribution.”

Sadly, they are among many local families who have asked for financial support for the funeral of their loved ones.

Mzansi reacts to the death of Umfundisi uNtshebe

Internet users were shocked by Umfundisi uNtshebe’s death and lamented the comedian’s legacy:

The actress expressed her gratitude to her fellow South Africans who helped her and her family with donations.

This came after she was subjected to a cruel eviction after a man bought her house “illegally” and apparently intimidated her and her daughters into moving out.
