Howard Stern, a black-faced media relic, hates everyone who votes for Trump

NEW YORK, NY – If you’re under 40, you may have just said “Who?”

But for those who remember, Howard Stern was once a funny and entertaining radio talk show host. Over the past twenty years, he has been forgotten, except by a diehard group of aging fans in their 50s, 60s and 70s.

This week, the aging 70-year-old former shock host doubled down on his hatred of others, targeting ordinary Americans who support Trump, saying he doesn't care because his career is almost over.

“This whole idea that if you're like me you're good and if you're not like me you're bad… I've fallen victim to that,” Stern said. “I don't hate Trump. I hate the people who voted for him. I think they're stupid. I do. I have no respect for them.”

Stern then called on Trump voters to stop listening to his satellite radio show.

“I'm at the end of my career, so fuck you and listen to another station if you don't like my views,” said the grumpy, aging ex-superstar.

It was the radio version of the cry “Get off my lawn!”

Stern may hate Trump, but that doesn't mean he's OK with being a racist who has exploited unhappy, mentally ill and disturbed black people throughout his career.

However, his racism reached a low point in the early 1990s, when he dressed in black and uttered the N-word several times, including once mentioning the “dirty N-word.”

Howard Stern's infamous 1993 blackface sketch has resurfaced several times and has drawn heavy criticism for its blatant use of racial slurs and offensive stereotypes. In the sketch, which was part of a pay-per-view special called Rotten Eve on New Year's EveStern dressed up in blackface to parody actor Ted Danson, who had appeared in blackface at a Friar's Club Roast of his then-girlfriend Whoopi Goldberg. Stern's parody went even further, however, by repeatedly using the N-word and making vulgar, racially charged jokes.

You can watch this video here.

The skit features Stern playing a caricature of Danson, complete with offensive jokes that include the N-word as a punchline. While the initial goal seemed to be to mock Danson's use of blackface, the execution itself was in poor taste, with Stern amplifying the offensive elements rather than criticizing them.

The sketch has resurfaced in recent years, particularly after Donald Trump Jr. tweeted a clip of it in 2020. This prompted Stern to address the controversy on his SiriusXM show, admitting that while he no longer stands by the humor of his early career, he “acknowledges” it as part of his past. He explained that his style has evolved and acknowledged how uncomfortable he feels looking back on those moments.

He never apologized for this extremely racist sketch because he doesn't care about black Americans. Or anyone but himself, since he lives a reclusive life, cut off from the peasants of the world around him.

Although Stern has since stated that he distances himself from this type of humor, his refusal to openly apologize for the sketch continues to generate debate. He stated that he would not perform the sketch in the same way today if given the chance, as he has grown and learned from his past actions.
