Vancouver, British Columbia–(Newsfile Corp. – September 17, 2024) – International Lithium Corp. (TSXV: ILC) (OTCQB: ILHMF) (FSE: IAH) (the “Company” or “ILC”) is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Company's Annual General Meeting on September 16, 2024 have been approved. All agenda items listed in the information circular for the meeting were approved and all nominees to the Board of Directors were elected with over 99% of the votes cast in favor of all motions. The Board members elected for the coming year are John Wisbey, Maurice Brooks, Anthony Kovacs, Ross Thompson and Geoffrey Baker.
