Teenager attacks student with knife in Tirupati theatre because she had a love affair; shocking video footage emerges

Tirupati: Shockingly, a youth was brutally stabbed to death in a cinema in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh on Saturday afternoon. The victim was allegedly watching a movie with a girl in the cinema when she was attacked by a youth. The girl left the cinema after the incident with the accused. Police claim that the incident took place because of a love affair.

A case has been registered and the police have started an investigation into the matter. The video footage of the incident has surfaced and in the video, the youth can be seen leaving the cinema with the girl and the victim coming out of the screen covered in blood.

The incident took place at PGR Cinema in Tirupati around 12 noon on Saturday where the accused identified as Karthik entered the cinema where the victim identified as Lokesh was watching a movie with the girl named Kavya. Karthik entered the cinema hall and attacked Lokesh with the knife. He stabbed Lokesh several times, causing him to sustain serious injuries.

Karthik took Kavya with him and in the CCTV footage, they are seen leaving the cinema together. In another footage, Lokesh is also seen coming out of the screen with the injury he sustained in the attack. People present in the cinema are shocked to see Lokesh leaving the cinema with serious injuries. Lokesh has been rushed to the hospital where his injuries are being treated. He is reportedly out of danger.

The police have registered a case and claimed that the incident took place in connection with a love affair. The police have launched a manhunt to nab the accused. There are no reports of any arrests in this connection so far.
