Parineeti Chopra and Rajiv Adatia have a close bond. In July, the former Bigg Boss contestant posted a selfie with the actress from their time in London.

Rajiv Adatia, who rose to fame with his appearance in the 15th season of Salman Khan's reality show Bigg Boss, continues to charm his fans on social media. On Friday, he penned a heartfelt message to his girlfriend and actress Parineeti Chopra. He thanked the Amar Singh Chamkila star for fulfilling his mother's long-awaited wish to seek the blessings of Lord Ganesha at the iconic Labaugcha Raja Pandal in Mumbai.

“Ganapathi Bappa Moraya!! Everyone who knows me and my family knows how much my mother loves Ganapathi. She is very close to him and gets emotional just hearing his name! I promised her that I will take her to see him one day, at Lal Bagh. Since people are so crowded, I was worried how mom would cope!!,” Rajiv wrote in the caption.

“I just discussed it briefly in general terms and asked Pari (Parineeti Chopra) and she said, 'Aunty, don't worry, just come for his darshan, I will take you there!' My mom cried like a baby when she realized she had to go and cried some more at his feet. Parineeti, you are God's child,” he continued.

He further praised the actress' sweet gesture and wrote, “You selflessly made sure mom was taken care of knowing I was worried about her and her back problem and how she would deal with it. You held her hand right up front and made sure she got to meet her beloved Ganapathi. You are not just a friend but family. You have touched my mom's heart more than I can imagine as my mom is a very simple person but her love for Ganapathi is everything!”

He concluded his post by saying, “This will always stay with me! Thank you and love you all! Pray that Lord Ganesha blesses you all! Ganapathi Bappa Moraya!”

Rajiv also shared a series of pictures of himself, his mother and the actress seeking blessings at the Lalbaugcha Raja in Mumbai.

Responding to his heartfelt message, Parineeti wrote a comment saying, “All for aunty. It wasn't for you.”

Parineeti and Rajiv have reportedly been friends for several years. Earlier in July, the former Bigg Boss contestant shared a throwback selfie with the actress from their time in London.

Professionally, the actress was last seen in Imtiaz Ali’s directorial film “Amar Singh Chamkila” alongside actor Diljit Dosanjh.
