Police: Detained couple charged after baby found with fentanyl and cocaine

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Two parents have been charged after their five-month-old child was found to have fentanyl and cocaine in his system, according to Middlesex Township police.

Following an investigation, 26-year-old David Foor and 25-year-old Brandi Keifer were charged with child endangerment, possession of a controlled substance and smuggling into a correctional facility.

Police determined that Foor and Keifer had been smuggling drugs while incarcerated at Cumberland County Prison. Both Foor and Keifer were arrested on September 10.

There is currently no information available about the child’s health status.
