The 38-year-old from Traunstein is one of a total of 24 young farmers who will be able to show a different side of farming: sexy and erotic.

The Young Farmers Calendar aims to “bring farmers to the fore”

How much skin will Bettina show? Chickens instead of clothes

Bettina Freimoser quickly forgot about the application: “You could apply until May and…” 14 days before, I remembered, oh God, something happened.“ The trained hairdresser now lives with her wolfhound in Traunstein. Her parents and her brother still run a farm in Siegsdorf: “I only occasionally swap my everyday clothes for the air of the stable,” but she I still like to help sometimesadds Bettina. The application criteria for the Farmers’ Calendar have therefore been met.

Important for Bettina: Before she agrees, she asks her family whether they would agree if she stripped off for the calendar. A clear “yes” as the answer, with the objection: “But please not completely naked”. Bettina wouldn't have wanted that either. During the shoot in Schladming, all women and men were allowed to decide how much skin they wanted to show: “I always had a chicken in front of my chest anyway.”Bettina has to laugh.

Catfight during shooting? “It was all totally relaxed”

For one week, twelve women and twelve men visiting Styriato complete various photo shoots there – based in the Almwelt Austria: “This is a small holiday village on the mountain with a dream backdrop. Wellness, sauna, whirlpool, everything is there.” She was housed in a cabin with seven other models: “You don't know each other beforehand, it was strange at first, you think, oh no, sharing a room with a stranger.”

The cliché of bitchy models? Not at all: “Everything was totally relaxed and uncomplicated”Bettina reports on her time at the wellness hotel. The girls and boys were all really nice and they had spent a fun week together. The effort was worth it worth it just for the great time in Schladming. Why did Bettina take part in the first place?

Sexy curves for attractive farming

Modeling is simply fun for her, but there is another reason why Bettina took part: “Others were always embarrassed about being from the farm. But I have always been proud to be a farmer’s dirndl.” Basically, says Bettina, she applied primarily because she wants that agriculture remains attractive: “The idea of ​​participating came to me during the farmers’ protests.” They will see that, for example, their parents’ dairy farm also has a future.

One thing is certain, at least for the immediate future: next fall, Bettina will decorate one or two walls with her sexy picture. She is the September girl. Who made it to the cover of the calendar is not yet known. There was an online vote on social networks such as Facebook and Instagram, and the voting is now closed. Which farmer will be on the cover will be announced at the Official presentation of the calendar at the Kaiserwiesn in Vienna announced. According to project manager Philipp Knefz, everyone is warmly invited.
